Love Friday insulated pouches are practical. They are designed to tuck neatly inside their bags. The Inserts have an opening at the top and divides the bag into separate compartments. For example, your phone and keys can be safe on one side while your food or drink is kept cool in the removeable thermal pouch.  The insert can be kept in the freezer for that extra thermal layer and popped into the bag when needed. To use the bag as a fold over clutch, remove the insert completely. Cleaning is now easier as the pouch can be removed, wiped clean and reused.
