Shipping and Returns



At Good Day we offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping and $20.00 for all express shipping for all online orders under $200.00 within Australia. If you spend over $200.00 shipping is free! We also provide free delivery for any order within the Mudgee Region (applicable to all 2850 postcode addresses however please contact us if you have any questions) and instore pickup during our business hours. For all international shipping we offer a flat rate of $25.00 for orders under $200.00 and free shipping for all orders over $200.00.

Selected artworks, furniture and rugs are excluded from this flat shipping rate. However we will work to find the best rate available at the time. Please contact us if you have any questions are would like to request a quote on shipping fees prior to making your purchase.

Please be mindful that as we are based in rural NSW shipping times may vary; we will always work to get to your order delivered as promptly as possible.


We want you to feel confident shopping at Good Day and we understand that returns are a part of life; with this in mind please see below our returns policy:

Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund.

  •  For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
  • For an exchange or store credit, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • All refunds must be presented with a valid receipt, tax invoice or order number that was provided to you upon the original sale.
  • Any returned item must be in original condition, with no damage to the item and returned in the original packaging.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. 
  • Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • Refunds are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
  • All items must be returned at the expense of the customer. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • All items discounted items are final sale with no refund available.
